Does anyone know if you ever get rid of those lil bumps on your legs with lymphedema. They are not opening now or anything....they are just there with some of them being kinda large. I was wondering if once you get them you are stuck with them forever.....I hope not. Would a cream or antibiotic cream help get rid of them? Thanks ahead of time for anyone who can shed some light on this problem.

Hi LadyDi :)

It would be difficult to say what these are without more of a description.

There are several "lumps and bumps" that we can get with lymphedema.

These range from skin granulomas - hard, small bumps in/just under the skin - to papillomatosis (papillomas) - to more serious things like angiosarcoma.

Because of vascular problems that we have with LE, most of them are related to that and are benign.
