Hello Gang,

I have a question. Are most of you able to do any sort of exercises and if so what are the best reccomendations. I have heard swimming but I cant swim... ha.
I would be interested in any of your suggestions. Have an awesome day!!!

There are all kinds of exercise you can do, based on your individual medical situation and the state of your lymphedema.

I sooooo love to swim, I wish there was even one safe river or lake in this are to swim in.

It's always amazing to see the difference in my legs from swimming.

Hi, my lymphedema therapist said to try gentle yoga. I walk also and that helps the most. I want to try swimming since the cool water and repetitive motion must be calming,
