Hi,
I'm a little late since I'm new here. Ha.
I don't have LE, however I do have a similar pain issue under my right shoulder blade/back. After several visits to many different types of doctors I finally had two that agreed on a diagnosis, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. It is forever painful and I have a massage twice per week, have had nerve blocks, steriod injections and now take an increased dose of pain meds because of it. Some doctors suggest removing a rib to relieve the pain ... however, I have had enough surgery in my life, so I choose to stick with what I do now. In the past physical therapy helped, as did swimming, but after a while the darned thing just won't relax.
Please know I am not a doctor, nor am I diagnosing you - just letting you know what I have.
The other symptoms include pain in chest, first and second rib, numbness and tingling in my arm and hand from time to time.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas. Got a real tightness and crunchness and burning pain on right side of back under my shoulderblade. When it is massaged it sooo tight. There dosen't appear to be any fluid theree but the right side is where my le is. All down my rightside gets all twisted and tight, tols by last le nurse it was muscular but she did detect fluid there in the past. I do a pretty physical job and I am righthanded but nothing seems to relax in the muscles ina naround my shouldreblade. I had mld on it on fri and it worked but only temporarily. It gets very uncomfortable almost as if something is caught and twisted, Any ideas? I have tried cracking it myself but it causes pain and irriatation in the skin more burning etc.
