50ml in my left arm - is that "mild"

Postby grieselhuber » Wed Jan 16, 2008 10:17 am

I am in a Study at Vanderbilt University - Emotions, Writing, etc. on folks diagnosed with lymphedema - I went this past Saturday and they measured me with a lymphometer (spelling) -- I have 50 ml in my arm -- I am wearing compression sleeves/gloves (30-40) every day and sleep in Jovi-Pak at night. I would like to go to 20-30 compression -- I gt a Lymphedema massage weekly and try to do something on my own in-between.

Some day would love to have to only wear sleeve/glove during hard days or exercise -- any comments or notes from others.
